组织支持感如何影响新生代员工工作绩效How Organizational Support Affects the Work Performance of Generation Y Employees

摘要(Abstract):
基于积极心理学和积极组织行为学理论,本文通过对421位企事业单位的新生代员工展开调研,构建了一个中介效应模型,重点考察组织支持感,组织承诺和工作绩效之间的关系。这三项一直是企业管理的重要研究内容,但将三者统一在一个模型进行研究,却较为少见。本研究基于积极心理学、积极组织行为学和社会交换理论,检验影响新生代员工工作绩效的因素,对管理者提升新生代员工的工作绩效有一定的实践意义和有效的依据。
